Calculation contracts
Each calculator is a deterministic mathematical model. It uses the inputs entered in the browser and does not ask an AI model to generate the numeric result. Monetary values retain floating-point precision until display. Common loan models accrue interest monthly at the nominal annual rate divided by twelve. Savings models explicitly distinguish nominal rates from effective annual yields.
Evidence and testing
The release suite checks 50 default scenarios and 50 simplified reference scenarios with 137 manually specified expected numeric outputs. It checks invalid inputs and scale invariance, so doubling every monetary input doubles monetary outputs while preserving ratios and modeled durations. Page checks verify canonical URLs, headings, worked examples, FAQ alignment, schema, internal links and sitemap coverage. Browser tests exercise every new calculator on desktop and mobile, including input changes, scenario comparison and validation.
Reference scenarios are simple arithmetic contracts, not claims of independent professional endorsement. Source links provide context; each page’s stated formula defines the actual implementation.
Rates and local rules
Defaults are illustrative assumptions, not live rates, forecasts or recommendations. Currency selection changes display formatting only. This release does not claim local tax rules, underwriting approval or multilingual localization. Such pages require separately maintained rules and sources.
Privacy and sharing
Calculator inputs are not transmitted for ordinary calculations. When you choose to share a result, its link stores inputs in the URL fragment. Anyone receiving that link can read them. Business lead forms send contact details and the chosen calculation only after an explicit consent action. Avoid entering account identifiers.
Review status and corrections
The new calculators are automation-verified. No external credentialed financial reviewer has signed off this release. Send reproducible issues through the contact page, including the calculator URL, inputs, expected output and a reference. Reviewers and review dates should be added only after an actual review.
Search and AI accessibility
Each tool has a distinct calculation task, crawlable explanations, a self-referencing canonical URL, visible worked examples and structured data that matches the content. FAQ markup describes the questions; it does not promise a search enhancement. AI discovery uses the same helpful, reliable content and technical foundations as search. No special markup guarantees an AI citation.
